To maintain smooth functioning and ensure transparency, the school follows a structured fee payment schedule. Parents are requested to make payments on or before the due dates:

  • I Term – June
  • II Term – October
  • III Term – January

Note: Delay in fee payment may cause inconvenience in issuing reports, certificates, and other school-related services. Parents are advised to strictly adhere to the schedule.

To maintain proper academic standards and readiness, the following age criteria are followed:

  • LKG – Children must be 3 years 6 months as on 1st June of the academic year.
  • UKG – Children must be 4 years 6 months as on 1st June.
  • Class I – Children must be 5 years 6 months as on 1st June.
  • For higher classes, the age requirement increases correspondingly.
  • Parents can obtain the application form from the school office.
  • A counseling session will be conducted to assess the child’s academic readiness, interests, and compatibility with school values.
  • During counseling, parents will also be guided about school policies, facilities, and expectations.
  • For higher classes, a written/interactive assessment may be conducted to understand the student’s level of learning.
  • Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from the previous recognized school (if applicable).
  • Xerox copy of the Community Certificate.
  • Xerox copy of the Birth Certificate for age verification.
  • Xerox copy of the Aadhar Card of the student.
  • Passport-size photographs of the student (and parents if required).
  • Once selected, parents must pay the prescribed admission and term fees within the given time.
  • Parents will then be informed about the orientation program, textbooks, uniforms, and school rules.
  • Admission is confirmed only after the successful counseling session, submission of documents, and payment of fees.
  • Parents will receive an official confirmation letter along with details of the academic calendar and class schedule.
  • Our admission process is designed to be smooth, transparent, and welcoming. We believe that every child has the potential to excel, and our role is to nurture that potential from the very beginning.
