Discipline and responsibility are the foundations of learning. At PLUSMAX Paavendhar Matric Higher Secondary School, our rules are framed to ensure that students develop good habits, respect for others, and a strong sense of accountability. Parents are also encouraged to cooperate in maintaining these standards for the holistic growth of their children.

General Rules for Students

✨ Students must come to school neatly dressed in the prescribed uniform with polished shoes and proper grooming.

✨ Punctuality is expected at all times. Latecomers will not be permitted to attend classes without valid reasons.

✨ Regular attendance is compulsory. Absence must be supported with prior permission or a leave letter.

✨ Students must carry their school diary every day and record all assignments and notices properly.

✨ Respect for teachers, elders, and peers is mandatory. Misbehavior or use of inappropriate language will not be tolerated.

✨ Students should maintain their books, notebooks, and belongings neatly and avoid bringing expensive items or gold ornaments.

✨ Classrooms, furniture, and school property must be treated with care. Any damage caused will have to be compensated by the parents.

✨ Students must avoid carrying mobile phones, gadgets, or unauthorized materials to school.

✨ Discipline, homework, class performance, attendance, and exam results will be continuously monitored for promotion eligibility.

✨ Personal belongings are the responsibility of the students; the school will not be held liable for any loss.

  • General Rules for Parents

    ✨ Parents are expected to go through their child’s diary daily and ensure assignments are completed on time.

    ✨ Meeting teachers during class hours is not permitted; only the Principal can be approached for important matters.

    ✨ Parents must ensure that their children follow a healthy routine, including proper rest, nutrition, and discipline at home.

    ✨ If a student accidentally brings another child’s belongings, parents must ensure they are returned promptly.

    ✨ School fees must be paid on or before the stipulated dates to avoid inconvenience.

    ✨ Parents should attend all Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) regularly to monitor their child’s progress.

    ✨ Parents are requested to update the school immediately in case of change of address or contact details.

    ✨ Cooperation is expected in reinforcing the school’s values, discipline, and commitment to quality education.

    ✨ These rules are designed not as restrictions but as guiding principles to help students become responsible, disciplined, and value-driven individuals.
